Kokorosa Review: Metal Cutting Dies, Stamps and Card-Making Supplies
A research-based look at Kokorosa, a card-making and paper-craft shop built around metal cutting dies: what it sells, how shipping and returns work, and what to check before ordering. We have not used the products ourselves.

Card makers know the pattern: you buy a die for one project, then find yourself browsing for a matching background, a stamp set and the right cardstock. Kokorosa is built around that habit. The shop says it was founded in 2019 by a crafter who turned a handmade-cards hobby into a business, and describes its range as cutting dies, stamps, embossing folders and other tools at reasonable prices.
What the shop sells
The core of the catalog is metal cutting dies, sorted by theme and by use. Theme collections cover seasons and occasions such as Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, Easter and birthdays, plus animals, plants, food, music and sports. Utility collections include border, background, foldable, stackable and box-and-bag dies. The homepage showed several hundred products at the time we looked.
- Cutting dies, including die sets paired with stamps
- Clear stamps and embossing folders
- Hollow stencils and background boards
- Cardstock, cardmaking paper and scrapbook paper
- Adhesives and tape, brushes and coloring supplies
- Cutting machines, storage and organization tools

Seasonal timing and promotions
Craft shoppers tend to buy ahead of holidays, and the shop organizes its catalog accordingly, with new-arrival collections by two-month period and a Christmas section. It also runs recurring promotions such as an autumn sale, a low-price zone, weekly deals and a buy-two-get-one offer. Promotions change often and may not stack, so check the terms on each collection page.
A rewards program and creator videos
The shop operates a rewards plan in which members earn points for purchases, registering and social actions, and can redeem points for discounts. It also has a section of video tutorials from craft creators, which can help you see how a die behaves before you choose it. We have not watched or evaluated those videos, so treat them as the shop's own content.
Shipping and delivery
The shipping policy says orders ship with standard shipping. In-stock items can leave within about four days, other items may take up to ten days, and transit is usually 10 to 14 days. The policy gives a general delivery estimate of 14 to 24 days, with more time around new releases and holidays. If you need a die for a specific date, order early.
Shipping fees depend on your country and order value, and free shipping applies above a threshold that is higher for US orders than for most other destinations. A few destinations have their own flat fees, and some remote areas are excluded. The FAQ notes that tracking may show no information until the parcel enters your country.
Returns and exchanges
The refund policy allows returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are not damaged, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Replacements are offered for defective or damaged items, and the shop asks for a video as proof. The policy also states that sale items cannot be returned, which matters if you buy during a promotion. Orders can be cancelled before shipment by email, and not after.
- Best for: card makers and scrapbookers who want a wide die selection with matching stamps, backgrounds and paper in one place
- Check first: the die size and the cutting machine you own, since compatibility depends on your machine
- Watch for: long delivery windows, the 15-day return limit and the no-returns rule on sale items
- Payment: the shop lists PayPal and major credit cards
“With dies, check your machine's plate size and sandwich before you fall for a design.”
Our takeaway
Kokorosa offers a broad selection for paper crafters and makes it easy to find matching pieces by theme. The trade-offs are the long shipping times and a short return window with no returns on sale items. Because we have not used the dies ourselves, we cannot speak to cut quality, so read the product pages, check compatibility with your machine and watch the creator tutorials before ordering.
